The station isn't the one who captions the show. It is the captioning company. Like Universial. You can find out the compamy by watching the end of the show. It will say captioning provided by... It is messed up here in Cincinnati, OH too. Sometimes companies just get sloppy.

It is messed up here in Cincinnati, OH too. Sometimes companies just get sloppy. Isn't it a royal bummer when you are happily watching a show and ut oh!? where'd the captions go? I wish they'd put the opaque interface back. Does anyone have trouble reading captions (usually white or yellow) ) without any interface? It's fine if the bacground is drk but hard to read if not.

I hate when that happens, I couldn't enjoy the show I am watching.
Anyway, I have noticed that small towns usually has bad CC and big cities has a really good CC.
I normally don't bother about it. I just let it go and wait for the other day that CC finally works.
